"The instructors at the Mission Yoga Studio are natural teachers and a constant inspiration to their students. Their compassion and sense of humor create a relaxed and enjoyable environment in which to learn. They strive to create an engaging atmosphere within which to explore the practice of yoga. Even though I have many years of yoga practice, the clarity and enthusiasm of the classroom environment makes every practice a unique and rewarding experience. The warmth of Pauline, Dana and Sherie motivated me to integrate yoga into my life and positively affected both my physical and mental well-being."

"Mission Yoga has been the greatest surprise Kelowna has given to me after moving here from Toronto four years ago. Mission Yoga Studio is a beautiful garage studio tucked into the Lower Mission. I seem to be drawn to the garage practice because I also attended a famous garage studio in Toronto! Pauline, Dana and Sherie Amrita are incredibly welcoming, always introducing each student to each other as they enter the studio creating the community experience from the moment you step into the studio. Mission Studio loves to learn and is an incredible resource and fountain of information. Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or fresh to the mat, the teachers at Mission love to include their students in workshops and trainings or assist them with the personal exploration of their own yoga practice. My yoga practice has expanded beyond words in the past two years, both spiritually and physically. Physically my body has healed old injuries and become stronger as a result of this practice. When I think of Mission Yoga I think abundance, fully expressive, creative, and heart warming”.
